About the Role

We are seeking a full-time digital designer to join our ever-growing agency. You will be a great fit for this role if you love developing new UI designs to achieve digital marketing goals for a variety of services. You’ll be driven to deeply understand our current and future clients so that your web designs speak directly to their needs & their client’s needs. The ideal candidate is adept at not only redesigning websites, but also enhancing existing websites and landing pages with a focus on conversion optimization. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable with providing high-quality display ad designs, social graphics, and additional digital media needed to support client’s campaigns.

In this role, you will also have a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our digital marketing agency’s rebranding efforts. You will have the chance to showcase your creativity and expertise by crafting visually captivating brand elements, designing engaging marketing materials, and showcase the overall visual identity that will elevate our agency’s presence in the digital realm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver innovative web design projects on time that meet business objectives while maintaining brand consistency for a variety of clients & services.
  • Create UI designs for both new website projects and existing website enhancements with a focus on conversion optimization.
  • Assist with launching, monitoring, and optimizing landing pages for Google Ads campaigns and selected social media platforms.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure design deliverables are meeting client’s goals.
  • Partner with dev, content, and account management teams to ensure solutions are being built per business requirements.
  • Provide strategic insights to enhance the user experience for client’s websites and landing pages.
  • Provide high-quality display ad designs, social graphics, and additional digital media needed to support client’s campaigns
  • Stay up to date with design trends and apply those ideas to clients’ brands/deliverables.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a similar web design-oriented role, with a good understanding of digital marketing—ideally with agency experience.
  • Understanding of SEO & PPC best practices
  • A clear understanding of UI & UX design principles and best practices
  • Proficiency with a variety of design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Illustrator, Photoshop), Invision, or equivalent.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant UI/UX design skills. Please include relevant materials or a link to your online portfolio in your application.
  • Comfortable receiving constructive feedback on design work.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Bonus if you have experience designing for medical, legal, or home service clients.
