WordPress Developer

Job Description:

EMSC is seeking a motivated and talented WordPress Developer to join our growing team. As a WordPress Developer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our web design & development projects, working closely with our experienced team to deliver outstanding websites and online experiences for our clients. This position will primarily involve maintenance, updates, and support for existing websites, collaborating with multiple teams including design, development, SEO, and advertising.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, updates, and general support for existing websites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, SEO, and advertising, to ensure websites meet client objectives.
• Update and maintain websites using HTML, CSS and JS, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
• Assist in WordPress updates and customization through PHP template files and admin panel updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs as needed.
• Ensure website content is up-to-date, including page/post updates, image updates, and content changes.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging web development trends.
• Develop websites with pixel-perfect precision according to design specifications provided in Figma files 

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress and PHP.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining and improving websites.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
