Amplify Your Online Reviews

Think of reviews as an outlet for potential customers to get information about the credibility of your business. Here are some tips from the EMSC team on how to make the most of those stellar 5-star reviews. 

Make the Review Visible to the Customer

Implement your reviews in a positive way rather than allowing them to sit on your Yelp or Google My Business profiles. Letting positive, engaging reviews sit without using them to your advantage is a missed opportunity to showcase your brand’s reliability. 

Post Reviews to Social Media

Five-star reviews are great, but only if they are seen by current and potential customers. Create a #TestimonialTuesday or a similar system to help showcase positive reviews that you are getting. In addition to posting positive reviews to social media, you can implement the content from the review onto a banner ad on your website. 

Invest in Review Software
