About the Role
We’re looking for a paid advertising master to join our Paid Ads team! The right candidate for this role takes pride in increasing conversion volume and maximizing budgets down to the last penny. Sound like you? Keep reading!
As a member of our Paid Ads team, you’ll work across a scope of different clients and projects, reporting to our Advertising Team Lead. It’s expected that you have a strong understanding of Google Ads to monitor and track the progress of ads on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Bing, Waze, and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities
- Advertising campaign strategy creation and execution
- Paid ads budgeting and monitoring
- Use data such as analytics and conversion metrics to drive strategy
- Auditing search term reports
- Manage campaigns to meet clients’ conversion goals
- Identify opportunities to grow clients’ paid ads strategy and implement cross-channel marketing
- Analyze data to extract insights that will drive future campaigns
- Collaborate with Account Managers to tailor our clients’ paid ads strategies
Requirements:
- 2+ years of paid ads experience, specifically on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Highly organized and a self-starter attitude
- Experience managing a variety of monthly budgets
- Experience navigating platforms such as Google Analytics or GA4
- Experience in additional paid ads platforms is a bonus
- Google Ads certification is a plus
